Irish Rogue by L.K. Shaw is now live!
Five years ago I was sold. Used. Abused. Now, I’m broken. My loving family thinks a husband will fix me. I have no desire to get married, but I’ll give them what they want. Except it will be on my terms. And I know just the person to ask.
Getting married is at the top of the list of things I swore I’d never do. So there’s no way I’ll agree to Anya’s ridiculous proposition. Yet, somehow, I find myself saying yes. She says we both can live the lives we want without interference from the other. It seems like the perfect plan.
Until it isn’t.

Irish Rogue by L.K. Shaw is the fifth book in Brooklyn Kings series but it can be read as a standalone romance.
It was a heart-breakingly warm story with slow burn, painful but also beautiful romance. There were sweet moments, some really hard and heart-wrecking scenes, a bit of action, lots of darkness and some light as well. There was good writing, solid plot, entertaining story line, and real, flawed and lovable characters. Romance in this book wasn’t dark but the story and world of this book was.
This was an emotional story which will leave you with tear stained cheeks, and a smile for the deserved HEA.
