First of all, I want to say sorry for being absent for so long. I have been abroad all this time visiting my family and friends, went to a few birthday parties, had a few trips and organized a wedding. All in all, I had a great time but now I’m back again here with all of you 🙂 And now Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme is hosted by Taking on a World of Words. The idea of this meme is to answer three W questions, which are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
I started reading The Rules of Persuasion by Amity Hope a couple of days ago and now I’m 66% in. As I have read unusually many contemporary books this summer than I must admit that this book is not the best one but also not the worst, it’s quite intriguing as it has one of my favourite tropes – fake relationship 🙂
For the past three weeks I have been reading Grover Beach Team series by Anna Katmore (also known as Piper Shelly). It is a very cute YA contemporary read about teens who love soccer. I really enjoyed these books as I could have relaxing and fun time reading them. I did read the first book a month ago and after it I read another series, but still I wanted to mention the first book here as well, as it was my favourite one – Play with me. The second book had the same story line as the first one, just from the point of view of Ryan Hunter and not Lisa Matthews – Ryan Hunter. I also enjoyed the third book T is for… where the main characters, Sam and Tony, were friends of the first book’s couple. The forth book – Dating Trouble – was about Susan, Chris and Ethan, who were other friends of Lisa, Ryan, Sam and Tony, whom we met in the previous books, where fifth book – The Trouble With Dating Sue – was the same as fourth, just from point of view of Chris. I recommend these books for soccer lovers and everyone who enjoys sweet teen romances.
I must admit that I’m not sure what I’m going to read next but I guess it will be another book from Crush book line with fake relationship trope – Incriminating Dating by Rebekah L. Purdy. But after this I will finally have a chance to get my hands on some of my most anticipated 2018 books.
Tell me in comments – What books have you recently read, are currently reading or plan to read next? You can also share your WWW post link here in comments 😉
